Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands , November 2025 — Danielle Trawick has been appointed as Director, Global Talent Acquisition – Finance at Cargill, marking a key leadership expansion in Cargill’s global recruiting organisation. In this role, she leads a global team responsible for attracting senior-level finance talent across regions while shaping the talent acquisition strategy for Cargill’s global capability centres.
Prior to this elevation, Danielle served as Director, Global Talent Acquisition – Branding, Insights and Partnerships at Cargill, a role in which she built and led a new global employer branding and analytics function. She developed Cargill’s employer brand strategy, strengthened global insights capability, established a vendor partnership framework and redesigned internal TA communications to support collaboration across borders.
Before this, she spent over two years as Associate Director, Employer Brand, Sourcing & University Recruiting, EMEA at Cargill, leading regional talent acquisition marketing, managing sourcing and campus hiring teams and developing a targeted value proposition for attracting production-workforce talent across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier, Danielle contributed more than five years to A&O Shearman as Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Projects & Employer Brand, where she launched the organisation’s first global career website, developed a global EVP and implemented innovative graduate assessment methods that gained recognition from the Financial Times and the Association of Business Psychology (UK). She also supported global counsel promotions and strengthened inclusive hiring practices across the firm.
Danielle previously spent more than twelve years at Deloitte across multiple global talent leadership roles, including Senior Manager, Global Talent Management, Manager, Global Partner Director Acquisition, Manager, Global Candidate Sourcing Center, and Senior Recruitment Specialist in Calgary. Her contributions included leading Deloitte’s global internship program, embedding values-based hiring, building sourcing capability across countries and designing global selection and assessment materials.
Danielle’s early career foundations span roles at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in program marketing, University of Calgary in recruitment, and The Jakarta Post as a reporter—experiences that shaped her communication, sourcing and advisory strengths across diverse global environments.
