Dublin, Ohio, United States, March 2026 — Kelly Hosket has started a new role as VP, HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health, where she will be supporting the company’s USMPD organization. This new position marks another important step in her long-standing journey with Cardinal Health, where she has built an extensive career spanning more than 15 years across human resources business partnering, service center management, employee support, and HR program leadership.
Before stepping into this new role, Kelly Hosket served as Director, HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health. In that position, she contributed to advancing HR priorities and strengthening business partnership capabilities for the organization. Earlier, she also held the role of Manager, HR Business Partner, further deepening her expertise in relationship building, problem solving, and people-focused HR leadership.
Her career progression at Cardinal Health also includes serving as Consultant, HR Business Partner-HR EMERGE Program, Sr. Specialist, HR EMERGE Program, Sr. Specialist, HR Service Center Mgt, Specialist, HR Service Center Mgt, and Senior Representative, HR Service Center Mgt. In one of these earlier assignments, she was responsible for administering FMLA, LOA, Short Term Disability, and Military leaves of absence for an assigned employee client group, reflecting her strong foundation in employee service and HR operations.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Kelly Hosket worked with Select Specialty Hospital as HR/Payroll Representative in Columbus, Ohio. That experience added to her grounding in HR operations and payroll support and helped shape the broad-based HR career she has continued to build over the years.
