Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Neha S Singh has announced her new role as Cluster Head – HR at Sunteck Realty Ltd. Singh brings strong experience across HR strategy, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational capability building, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management. In her new role, she will oversee Sunteck Realty’s COE, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP functions, with a focus on strengthening employee engagement, driving GPTW initiatives, and building future-ready organizational capability.
Prior to joining Sunteck Realty Ltd, Singh served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kalpataru Limited, where she played a key role in transforming HR practices, enhancing employee engagement, supporting employee development, and implementing effective onboarding and succession planning strategies.Earlier, she worked with Nilkamal Limited as Executive Sales Assistant and Executive Assistant, gaining experience in business coordination, administration, and organizational support functions.
Academically, Singh completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute, with a focus on Marketing and General Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from PTVA’s Sathaye College.With her experience in HR strategy, business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, Singh is expected to play a key role in supporting Sunteck Realty’s people agenda and business growth.
