Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, October 2025 — Atos, a global leader in digital transformation and sustainable technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Aadil Sharief as Talent Acquisition Head – Global Delivery Centers. In this strategic leadership role, Aadil will oversee recruitment across India, Morocco, Greece, and Spain, driving global workforce scalability and strengthening Atos’s talent strategy to support its large-scale digital transformation programs.
With over a decade of global HR and talent acquisition leadership experience, Aadil has built a strong reputation for enabling agile and high-performing teams across dynamic markets. Prior to this role, he served as Head of Strategic Hiring for India, Poland, Romania, and APAC at Atos, where he was instrumental in developing global delivery talent frameworks and enhancing organizational agility across regions.
Before joining Atos, Aadil held key talent leadership positions at Cognizant, Bahwan CyberTek, Mindtree, and HCL Technologies, where he successfully led enterprise-scale hiring initiatives across India, Europe, the USA, and the APAC region. His deep expertise in leadership hiring, digital workforce planning, and strategic sourcing has helped technology organizations build robust, future-ready teams capable of meeting evolving client and market demands.
During his tenure at Mindtree, Aadil led talent acquisition for Digital, Sales, and Leadership roles across global markets, strengthening the company’s digital growth capabilities. At HCL Technologies, he spearheaded hiring across India and the Rest of the World (ROW), including Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Africa, Kenya, and Dubai, earning recognition for his consistent performance and business partnership.
A postgraduate in Human Resources from Anna University, Aadil Sharief brings a global mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for nurturing diverse, high-impact teams. In his new role, he will play a pivotal part in aligning Atos’s people strategy with its global business goals across delivery centers.
