Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 – Achint Setia has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Snapdeal | AceVector Group, marking a significant leadership shift for the e-commerce platform under its parent company, AceVector Group. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience across e-commerce, media, telecom, and technology, Achint will lead Snapdeal into its next phase of growth and strategic transformation.
Prior to joining Snapdeal, Achint served as the Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at ZALORA Group, Singapore, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth and leading marketing strategies across multiple regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. His responsibilities included P&L management, customer retention strategies, and AdTech innovations for the e-commerce space.
Before his role at ZALORA, Achint held several key positions at Myntra, including CXO & Head of Marketing and Social Commerce Business, where he was instrumental in launching the Myntra Insider Loyalty Program and innovative social commerce initiatives such as Myntra Studio and Myntra Fashion Superstar.
His experience also includes leadership roles at Viacom18 Media Private Limited, where he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Ventures & Head of VStEP, focusing on over-the-top content strategies and startup engagement. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, providing strategic consulting services in growth strategies and organizational transformations across various industries. Achint began his career at Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer, contributing to the development of Windows products.
