Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, January 2025 – Ahmed Bagatadah has been appointed as Vice President Human Capital Middle East & Asia at M42 Health, where he will lead the human capital strategies across the region, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership enhancement for the company’s expansive healthcare network.
Before joining M42 Health, Ahmed Bagatadah served as HR Director Middle East at Diaverum for approximately 11 years, where he was instrumental in developing HR strategies and ensuring talent retention across the organization.
In addition to his role at Diaverum, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Barns, a role he has held for over one year, and as a Member of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee at My Clinic KSA for approximately five years, focusing on governance, executive compensation, and board effectiveness.

Earlier, he served as HR Director at Mars Saudi Arabia, where he led critical human resource functions for nearly two years. Prior to that, he built a remarkable career at Procter & Gamble over a span of 13 years, holding multiple roles including Associate Director, Human Resources Services & Solutions, Employee & Organization Research and Sensing Regional Leader, and Senior HR Manager. His tenure at P&G included leadership in talent management, organizational design, and strategic HR initiatives across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
