Ali brings a wealth of leadership experience to her new role, where she will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at fostering workplace innovation, employee well-being, and organizational excellence across Intertek’s extensive operations.
Ali Knapp’s journey with Intertek spans over three years, during which she has held leadership positions that have significantly impacted the company. Most recently, she served as Head of Digital Innovation, where she led transformative initiatives to integrate digital technologies across the organization’s services, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance delivery.
Prior to Intertek, Ali held a series of progressive leadership roles at Wisetail, an Intertek Company, over nearly 11 years. As President, she drove operational growth, enhanced client relationships, and cultivated a high-performance culture. Earlier, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sales, where her strategic acumen and customer-focused approach were instrumental in scaling the business.
Ali began her career in engineering and program management roles, including OEM Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard and Packaging Engineer at Bausch & Lomb, where she honed her skills in product development and operational excellence.
