Fenton, Michigan, United States, April 2026 — Alissa Reyes has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Miller Industries, LLC, where she will lead the organization’s global people strategy, focusing on building scalable HR frameworks, strengthening culture, and enabling long-term business growth.
Prior to joining Miller Industries, LLC, Alissa Reyes spent over six years with Thetford, North America, most recently serving as Senior Vice President – Administration & Services. In this role, she led enterprise-wide administrative and HR functions, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting business expansion. Earlier at Thetford, she held the role of Vice President Human Resources, where she played a key role in shaping people strategy and leadership development.
Before that, she held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including HR VP – Industrial Group, Global Tools & Storage, Global Talent Management Director, and HR Director, North America Automotive, building deep expertise in global talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Alissa Reyes worked with GE Aviation in HR leadership roles and with Lockheed Martin, where she served as an HR Business Partner and was part of the HR Leadership Development Program, strengthening her foundation in strategic HR business partnering and organizational development.
She holds an MBA from The George Washington University, complementing her extensive experience in HR leadership across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
