Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria, July 2026 — DAG Industries Nigeria Ltd. has appointed Avinash Daryanani as Executive Director, recognizing his outstanding leadership and nearly fifteen years of contribution to the company’s growth, transformation, and strategic expansion across Nigeria.

Avinash assumes the role after serving as Chief Operating Officer, where he led operational excellence, business transformation, innovation, and organizational growth. As Executive Director, he will continue to spearhead DAG’s next phase of expansion with a strong focus on sustainability, digital transformation, operational excellence, and creating long-term value for customers, partners, employees, and communities.

Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Avinash served for more than a decade as Country Head and General Manager at DAG Industries Nigeria Ltd. During this period, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s market leadership, expanding its business footprint, driving new growth initiatives, and building high-performing teams that supported the organization’s long-term success.

Before joining DAG Industries, Avinash spent over six years with Medreich Nig Ltd. as Group Financial Controller, where he led finance operations and strengthened financial governance, reporting, and business controls in support of the company’s growth.

Earlier in his career, he served as Corporate Finance Manager at ARTEE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, where he built a strong foundation in corporate finance, business management, and commercial operations, helping shape his future leadership journey.

Avinash has further strengthened his executive capabilities through continuous learning. He completed the Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School and also attended the Fintech: Financial Services, Insurtech and Strategies executive programme at Wharton Executive Education, enhancing his expertise in global leadership, innovation, financial strategy, and digital transformation.

With more than twenty-five years of leadership experience spanning operations, finance, strategy, business transformation, and organizational development, Avinash is well positioned to lead DAG Industries Nigeria Ltd. through its next phase of sustainable growth and innovation.
