Before joining Publicis Groupe, Corey held several senior leadership positions at Bumble Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President – Talent, overseeing global functions such as Talent Acquisition, Development, Management & Belonging, and HR Business Partnering. Prior to that, he was Senior Director: Global Head of Talent, where he led comprehensive people strategies and people analytics efforts to support company growth. His time at Bumble built on earlier leadership roles, including Associate Director – Talent Acquisition for Europe & Asia at Wayfair, and Head of Talent Acquisition at Collinson, where he had a global remit and strategic oversight.
Corey’s earlier career highlights include influential roles at WPP and GroupM in Australia, where he directed talent strategy across leading media brands. At Hybrid Media, he advanced rapidly from Recruitment Manager EMEA/APAC to Global Head of Recruitment, demonstrating his consistent ability to scale talent operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments. In addition to his executive roles, Corey has contributed his expertise as a board advisor at Humani and Candidate.ID, further affirming his commitment to innovation in the talent space.
