Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Emmanuel David has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Altius, one of the largest telecom infrastructure platforms in the world. In this pivotal role, Emmanuel will lead strategic HR initiatives, focusing on enhancing the organization’s talent strategy and supporting its dynamic growth in the telecom sector.
Emmanuel brings a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries, including telecom, infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services. Most recently, he served as Member of the Board of Directors at Aster DM Healthcare, contributing to the strategic growth and operational excellence of one of the largest healthcare service providers across the GCC and India. Additionally, he has mentored future leaders as a part of Columbia University’s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program.
Previously, Emmanuel was Director of Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC), where he spearheaded leadership development and cultural transformation for the Tata Group. During his tenure as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Voltas Limited, he resolved critical labor relations issues and implemented impactful talent acquisition strategies.
Emmanuel’s earlier roles include CHRO at SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, Group Head of HR at Ramky Group, and Vice President for Corporate Talent Management at GMR Group, where he focused on leadership development and strategic HR initiatives. His career trajectory also includes senior HR leadership roles at BG Exploration and Production, Gujarat Gas Company, and Volvo India, where he drove large-scale HR transformations.
