Hybrid – October 2024 – Eva Reynoso has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at VOPM, a Latin American Internet group with a diverse presence in the financial sector, technology, tourism, telecommunications, real estate, retail, and insurance. In her new role, Eva will oversee human capital management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across VOPM’s international teams.
Before joining VOPM, Eva served as a Manager at Newtech S.R.L for over a year and a half. During her tenure, she focused on institutional relations strategies, internal communications, and positioning the company at the top of its industry. She continued to manage talent development initiatives while expanding her responsibilities in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to Newtech, Eva held the position of Talent Development & Capacitation Manager at the same organization for two years. Her responsibilities included supervising training and development processes, ensuring that all employees received the necessary tools and skills to excel in their roles, contributing to a strong talent pipeline.
Earlier in her career, Eva worked as a Strategic Human Capital Management Consultant at D&C Consulting for nearly two years. In this role, she managed HR processes for various projects, including recruitment, training, and development, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.
Eva also gained experience at YOBEL SCM as an Auxiliar de Gestión Humana for almost two years, where she focused on supporting HR operations, developing interpersonal skills, and fostering teamwork. This role provided her with foundational HR experience, contributing to her growth as a human capital leader.
