Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2026 — Isha Gandhi Gattani has started a new role as Human Resource Business Partner at Legend Holding Group, based in Dubai. In this role, she will partner with business leadership across the group’s Motors, AutoHub, Legend X (Robotics), and ASAMoose (Logistics) divisions, supporting people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
In her current mandate, Isha is responsible for driving HR business partnering across multiple growth-focused businesses, aligning talent, culture, and capability initiatives with business priorities. Her role spans end-to-end workforce management, talent development, employee engagement, and leadership support across the group’s automotive, logistics, and emerging technology verticals.
Prior to joining Legend Holding Group, Isha served as Human Resources Business Partner at Bahwan International Group in Dubai, where she supported the Autorent and Autofix divisions. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, HR operations, learning and development, onboarding, and employee engagement. Earlier, she was associated with Adani Ports and SEZ, where she progressed from Management Intern to Deputy Manager – Human Resources, contributing extensively to culture transformation, capability building, HRMS implementation, onboarding programs, and people integration during mergers and acquisitions.
With hands-on experience across India and the Middle East, Isha brings a strong blend of strategic HR business partnering, people and culture transformation, and large-scale workforce enablement to her role at Legend Holding Group.
