Warren, New Jersey, United States, March 2025 – Everest has promoted Jennifer Byrne to Vice President, Talent Management Program Architecture, recognizing her expertise in global talent development, leadership training, and strategic workforce planning. In this new role, she will continue to design and implement innovative talent programs that align with Everest’s business priorities and drive workforce excellence across its global operations.
Prior to her promotion, Jennifer Byrne served as AVP, Head of Talent Management Program Architecture at Everest, where she led the development of global learning initiatives, integrated AI-driven learning platforms, and introduced innovative employee engagement strategies. Her efforts significantly improved leadership development and workforce capability-building across the organization.
Before that, she held multiple leadership positions at Everest Reinsurance Company, including Director of Talent Development and Manager of Talent Development, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing leadership training, talent assessment, and DEI-driven workforce strategies.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent nine years at AAA Club Alliance as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, where she designed training programs, optimized onboarding processes, and launched mentorship initiatives to drive organizational growth.
