Marlton, New Jersey, United States, October 2024 – John Harz has joined CFG Health Systems as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a strong background in human capital management, John will lead the HR strategy and initiatives to support CFG Health Systems’ growth and operational excellence in delivering high-quality healthcare services to correctional facilities. In his new role, John will oversee talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.
Before joining CFG Health Systems, John served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Springpoint Senior Living in Wall, New Jersey, United States for over five years. He played a pivotal role in driving HR strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and employee wellness programs.
Prior to that, John was the Chief People Officer at VNA Health Group, where he spent two years leading HR operations. During his tenure, he focused on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
At VNA Health Group, John also held the role of Chief Business Operations Officer and VP of Business Operations for 14 years, where he managed business operations alongside human resources. His leadership extended across various areas, including process improvement, payroll, IT, and employee health.
John’s earlier roles at VNA Health Group also included serving as Chief Talent Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, where he developed comprehensive talent management strategies for the organization.
