BLUE BELL, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 — KenCrest, renowned for its 120 years of community service, has appointed Chief Operating Officer Aurora Kripa as its next President and CEO. Kripa will take over leadership from Marian Baldini, who retires later this year after a commendable tenure beginning in 2015.
Scott McCloskey, President of the KenCrest Board, expressed deep appreciation for Baldini’s leadership, stating, “Marian has been instrumental in achieving significant milestones and upholding a reputation for quality and innovation at KenCrest. We are confident that Aurora’s leadership will continue this trajectory of excellence.”
Aurora Kripa, transitioning from her role as COO, brings over 15 years of strategic planning and operational oversight in the human services industry. Her prior roles include significant positions such as the Chief Human Resources Officer and later COO at KenCrest. She initially joined the organization in 2018 as a consultant. Before KenCrest, she was the first CEO of JEVS at Home, overseeing impressive growth and service delivery.
Reflecting on her new role, Kripa remarked, “I am honored to lead KenCrest and build on the strong foundation laid by Marian. I am committed to advancing our mission and impact on the community.”
