Lisboa, Portugal, September 2024 – Mariana Martins has been appointed as the Head of People & Business Development at Lùkla. In her new role, Mariana will lead strategic initiatives in talent management and business development, focusing on enhancing Lùkla’s capabilities in digital transformation solutions.
Prior to joining Lùkla, Mariana Martins served as Head of People Development & Operations at Noesis for over four years, where she was instrumental in developing technological competence centers in Portugal and Spain. Mariana’s leadership significantly enhanced the employee support model and streamlined the career development and training processes at Noesis.
Before Noesis, Mariana was a Senior HR Business Partner in Lisboa, where she designed and implemented various HR processes including the evaluation, career model, and onboarding and offboarding processes, while also managing the internal training academy for OutSystems.
Mariana also enhanced her recruitment and HR strategy expertise through roles such as Senior IT Recruiter at Winprovit and Junior IT Recruiter at SoftINSA – Grupo IBM, where she was responsible for sourcing and acquiring top IT talent, developing her deep understanding of the technical recruitment landscape.
