Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Meenalochani Kumar has been appointed as the Global Advisor – Talent, OD&E, Learning & Leadership, DEI at Sigmoid. In her new role, she will oversee talent development, organizational effectiveness, learning and leadership strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining Sigmoid, Meenalochani Kumar served as SVP – Talent Management and Development at Northern Trust Corporation for approximately 2 years, where she was responsible for overseeing talent management and development across the organization.
Before that, she held the position of SVP – Talent and Organisational Effectiveness (APAC) at Northern Trust Corporation for about 5 months, and prior to this role, she was VP – Talent and Organisational Effectiveness (APAC) for approximately 1 year at the same organization.
Her previous experience includes serving as Global Head – Leadership and Talent Development at Sutherland for about 3 years, where she led global learning and leadership development programs, including high-potential leadership programs and executive coaching.
Earlier in her career, she was the Director – HR, Global Talent Management, OD, Learning and Leadership Development at Bristlecone for about 1.5 years, where she was responsible for talent strategy, performance management, and learning development.
