Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka, March 2026 – Michindri Kudahetti has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Aventus Group in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In this role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, workforce development, and employee engagement initiatives as Aventus Group continues to expand its global fintech operations.
Before joining Aventus Group, Michindri spent nearly a decade with Dialog Business Services, where she held several progressive roles within the human resources function. Most recently, she served as Specialist – Human Resources, focusing on HR operations and employee engagement. During her tenure, she also held the roles of Senior Executive – Human Resources, where she managed payroll and HRIS initiatives, and Executive – Human Resources, contributing to core HR operational programs.
Earlier in her career, Michindri worked as a Human Resources Officer at Dialog Business Services after gaining foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Durdans Hospital. She began her professional journey with operational roles at Inter Ocean Maritime Enterprises and Orient Electric Inc, where she developed early experience in administrative and operational functions.
