6th of October City, Giza, Egypt, June 2026 — Nashwa Riyad has joined Jawad Developments as Human Resources Director, bringing extensive experience in human resources, administration, employee relations, public relations, and organizational support across the education and business sectors.
In her new role, Nashwa will lead the human resources function at Jawad Developments, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, HR operations, and people strategy initiatives that support the company’s growth and organizational objectives.
Prior to joining Jawad Developments, Nashwa served as Head of HR at Ad Developments, where she led human resources operations and people management initiatives. During her tenure, she contributed to workforce development, employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, helping support the company’s business goals and growth plans.
Alongside her HR leadership responsibilities, Nashwa has also been associated with Elite Language School as Public Relations Manager and Admission Representative, where she managed stakeholder engagement, admissions processes, public relations activities, and customer-facing operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Glories Language School as Executive Secretary and Receptionist, where she developed strong expertise in administration, communication, coordination, and organizational support functions.
She also served as Executive Secretary at High School of Beverly Hills Egypt, gaining valuable experience in executive support, office management, and stakeholder coordination during the early stages of her professional journey.
Throughout her career, Nashwa has demonstrated strengths in people management, teamwork, administration, communication, employee support, and organizational coordination. Her diverse experience across human resources, education, and administration provides a strong foundation for her new leadership role at Jawad Developments.
