NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA, June 2026 — Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL) has appointed Prashant Chauhan as Head – HR & Administration (Vice President – HR & Administration), reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people, culture, and organizational capabilities to support future growth.

Prashant joins Jaypee Infratech with more than two decades of diverse human resources leadership experience spanning infrastructure, construction, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, and financial services sectors. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s human resources and administration functions, focusing on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and the creation of a high-performance, people-centric culture.

Prior to joining Jaypee Infratech, Prashant served as Vice President – Human Resources (Head – HR Function) at BCC Buildtech Limited, where he led the company’s HR strategy and people initiatives, supporting organizational growth and business transformation efforts.

Before BCC Buildtech, he was Deputy General Manager – Human Resources (HR Head – M Collection) at Mahagun India, where he played a key role in driving talent management, performance management, organizational development, and workforce capability-building initiatives across the business.

Earlier, Prashant spent more than four years with M2K India as a Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to strategic HR interventions, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership support across the organization.

He also held a significant leadership role with Samsung C&T Corporation as HR Professional (HR Head – Southwest Asia), where he managed HR operations and talent initiatives across the region while supporting large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects.

His earlier career included HR leadership positions with Krtya Infra Pvt. Ltd., MARG Ltd., ERA Infra Engineering Limited, and Sahara India, where he progressively built expertise across organizational development, succession planning, payroll management, talent acquisition, industrial relations, workforce planning, and strategic HR leadership.

Throughout his professional journey, Prashant has developed deep expertise in human capital management, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management systems, leadership development, employee engagement, business partnering, and HR transformation. His experience across multiple sectors has enabled him to build scalable people practices aligned with evolving business requirements.

Prashant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM).

His appointment comes at a pivotal stage for Jaypee Infratech as the company continues to focus on strengthening organizational capabilities and delivering large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. His broad industry experience and strategic HR leadership are expected to support the company’s efforts in building a future-ready workforce and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
