With over 27 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and governance, Ram’s appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to building a strong people strategy rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
In his new role, Ram Narkar will lead HR strategy, culture transformation, and talent development initiatives at ARIBL, ensuring close alignment between business goals and employee engagement. Known for his process-driven approach and people-first philosophy, Ram is expected to play a key role in driving organizational growth through leadership development, performance excellence, and employee empowerment.
Before joining Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd, Ram Narkar served as Executive Director – Group HR & Admin at J.B.BODA Group, where he led large-scale talent management, organizational development, and governance initiatives across multiple business verticals. His strategic interventions helped shape a culture of collaboration, agility, and long-term sustainability within the organization.
Earlier in his career, Ram worked with Tata Business Support Services, contributing to HR system design, employee engagement, and operational excellence frameworks that strengthened the organization’s human capital foundation. His tenure at JSW Steel Ltd. further honed his skills in workforce planning, performance management, and industrial relations in one of India’s most dynamic manufacturing environments.
He also held managerial roles at Indoco Remedies Ltd, where he was instrumental in developing HR processes and implementing initiatives to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction across teams.
Ram Narkar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), one of India’s most prestigious business schools. His education and industry experience have equipped him with the strategic insight and leadership depth to drive transformative HR practices in complex business ecosystems.
