Egypt, June 2026 — Enpal Egypt has appointed Rana Aslan as People & Culture Director.
Aslan joins Enpal Egypt following more than seventeen years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employee engagement, and HR leadership roles in Egypt.
Prior to joining Enpal, she served as Head of Human Resources at IGT Solutions from July 2024 to June 2026, where she led the company’s HR function in Egypt.
Before IGT Solutions, Aslan worked with Webhelp as Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Senior Manager from January 2022 to June 2024 in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, she was responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR strategy initiatives.
Earlier, she spent more than five years with Majorel Egypt, serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from January 2020 to December 2021 and Country Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2016 to January 2020. During her tenure, she led talent acquisition activities and recruitment initiatives across the organization in Egypt.
Prior to Majorel Egypt, Aslan was associated with ECCO Outsourcing for more than seven years, holding multiple positions of increasing responsibility within recruitment and talent acquisition.
At ECCO Outsourcing, she served as Head of Recruitment and RPO from January 2014 to November 2016, Recruitment and RPO Supervisor from December 2011 to January 2014, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2010 to December 2011, and Talent Acquisition Specialist from May 2009 to July 2010.
Throughout her career, Aslan has built experience across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment process outsourcing, workforce planning, and human resources management.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School.
