Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2024 — Tenet Healthcare Corporation has announced the appointment of Roshelle S. as the new Director of Human Resources. In this role, Roshelle will lead the HR strategies to support Tenet Healthcare’s mission of providing high-quality healthcare services across its expansive network.
Prior to joining Tenet Healthcare, Roshelle served as the Regional Human Resources Manager – Corporate at Broward Health for approximately two and a half years, where she was instrumental in implementing HR policies and managing employee relations.
Before that, Roshelle was a Sr. HR Business Partner at Broward Health for about two years and nine months, where she focused on HR policy development and enhancing employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Roshelle worked as a Client Services Coordinator for Mayo Clinic at RightSourcing for around three years, providing vital HR support services.
She also gained valuable experience as a Recruiter at TEKsystems for approximately two years, where she specialized in IT staffing solutions and talent management.
