Maputo, Mozambique, June 2026 — Safir Consulting has promoted Jameet Breyna Dhillon to Head of Human Capital, Brand & Training, expanding her leadership responsibilities to drive the strategic integration of people, brand, and learning across the organization’s operations in Africa. In her new role, she will focus on developing future-ready talent, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing organizational culture, and advancing the company’s brand positioning while scaling SAP-focused training solutions to support digital transformation initiatives across the region.
Bringing extensive leadership experience spanning human capital, operations, project management, customer experience, and higher education, Jameet Breyna Dhillon has built a diverse career across Africa and Asia. Her promotion reflects Safir Consulting’s commitment to strengthening its human capital strategy and enabling sustainable business growth through capability development and workforce transformation.
Jameet has been with Safir Consulting for nearly three years, progressing through key leadership roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Head of Human Capital & Training, where she led the organization’s human capital strategy across multiple Sub-Saharan African markets, including Mali, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. In this role, she developed competency frameworks, talent readiness strategies, workforce planning models, and capability-building initiatives to support SAP implementation and digital transformation projects across the company’s Centers of Excellence.
Earlier, she served as Project Management Officer, overseeing the governance and successful delivery of SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, and Business Intelligence projects. She established project management best practices, optimized resource planning, strengthened stakeholder engagement, and drove change management initiatives that enhanced project outcomes and business value.
Before joining Safir Consulting, Jameet spent nine years as Director of Academic & Operations at Valoris International University Abidjan, where she aligned academic strategy with operational performance, led governance initiatives, strengthened quality assurance, and oversaw faculty operations, people leadership, and institutional development.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Aimia Inc., serving as Quality Lead – Virgin Australia (Velocity Frequent Flyer) and Team Leader – Front Office, where she led customer experience, quality assurance, coaching, performance management, and operational improvement initiatives. She began her professional journey with TeleTech as a Travel Consultant supporting Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, building expertise in customer service and employee mentoring.
In her expanded role at Safir Consulting, Jameet will lead the organization’s human capital agenda by developing SAP talent, strengthening leadership capabilities, driving workforce transformation, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding the company’s SAP training business across Africa.
