Sarah Snedden brings nearly 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and organizational transformation across global technology, fintech, e-commerce, and consumer brands.
Before joining Arena Club, Sarah was part of RocketPower (a KellyOCG Company), a niche global recruiting firm, where she led executive and technical hiring for clients such as eBay, Robinhood, and Pump.fun. Her role involved partnering with startup founders, VCs, and enterprise leaders to fill senior leadership positions, optimize hiring processes, and design scalable recruitment systems. She also played a key role in transforming time-to-hire and candidate experience metrics through automation and analytics-driven frameworks.
During her tenure at OneMain Financial, Sarah served as Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, driving recruitment for core revenue-generating business units, including Analytics, Risk, and Digital teams. She built and led a high-performing internal recruitment team that improved hiring efficiency and eliminated agency dependency while enhancing candidate quality and diversity outcomes.
Sarah’s prior experience includes senior recruitment roles at VF Corporation, Nike, and Barclaycard, where she focused on building digital and technical talent pipelines, implementing data-driven hiring strategies, and leading global recruitment projects. She began her recruiting journey with Numeric Jobs Staffing and Recruiting, where she developed deep expertise in analytics, software engineering, and data science hiring across industries. Her early career in hospitality, with Hyatt House and Valley Forge Casino Resort, honed her leadership, customer service, and operations skills—foundations that continue to influence her people-first approach to talent leadership.
