Vidales‘ career in HR and administration is both rich and varied. She commenced her professional path as an Office Manager at State Farm Insurance – Vidales Agency in 1985, where for a decade, she honed her skills in insurance, staff management, payroll, and claims processing. Her administrative acumen was further solidified during her tenure as Office Manager at Cobre Valley Motors from 1995 to 2010, overseeing a team and managing comprehensive accounting and financial processes.
Transitioning to a more focused HR career, Vidales served as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant within the City of Mesa, demonstrating her versatility and dedication to public service. Her HR trajectory took a significant leap at Phoenix Packaging Operations, where she managed all aspects of human resources for nearly three years, laying the groundwork for her successive HR leadership roles.
Before joining Flowers Foods, Vidales was pivotal as a Regional HRBP for Mesa Organic Baking Co./DKB Mesa, enhancing her reputation in the HR community through her effective management and strategic HR initiatives. This was after her role as a Human Resources Manager at Alpine Valley Bread Co, where she was instrumental in employee relations, payroll management, recruitment, and more.
Now, at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries, Vidales is expected to leverage her extensive experience to further develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values. Headquartered in Thomasville, Georgia, Flowers Foods boasts notable brands like Nature’s Own, Dave’s Killer Bread, and Wonder.
