With a career spanning over two decades, Bawane has held several key positions, including President of Manufacturing for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) at Amoli Organics, Senior Director & Site Head at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Vice President of Operations at Amoli Organics Pvt Ltd, among others. His expertise encompasses a broad range of areas, including API business strategy, operations, research and development, quality management, regulatory compliance, and team building.
At Amoli Organics, Bawane is expected to lead the charge in enhancing the company’s API business strategy, focusing on the lifecycle management of commercial products, introduction of new products for business growth, capacity enhancement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
