Anna Cocca is the Global HR Business Partner for the Corporate Functions at the Adecco Group. She partners with senior leadership teams on global people topics. She is a seasoned international HR Generalist with specialist background in talent management and leadership development.

The majority of her career has been spent working in different corporate Human Resources roles, e.g .at ABB and Swarovski.

Anna’s achievements are supported by an Executive Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources from SDA Bocconi in Milan, plus earlier qualifications in Hotel Management from Westminster College in London.

She is a British and Swiss national. Married to an Italian and has an adult son.
