He currently serves as Chief of Human Resources at Lloyds Technology Centre, where he has led its exponential growth and cultural evolution. Formerly with ADP, Accenture, and Tata Teleservices, he is known for driving digital HR transformation and strategic people initiatives globally. He holds a Ph.D. in HR and serves as a Board Member of the National HRD Network.
