Mr. Lokesh Nigam is the Founder and Director at Kognoz, a future-focused advisory and HR-Tech solutions firm specializing in organizational design, leadership development, and technology-enabled HR transformation. With over 25 years of consulting experience across industries such as Oil & Gas, IT, BFSI, and Manufacturing, he has partnered with leading organizations including Genpact, Wipro, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Coca-Cola, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Aditya Birla Group. Lokesh holds an Engineering degree from Bhopal University, an MBA in HR from SIBM Pune, and is currently pursuing an Executive Fellowship in Organizational Behaviour from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he also teaches leadership. A certified practitioner in Requisite Organization methodologies, he is widely recognized for driving large-scale organizational transformations and leadership development initiatives. Prior to founding Kognoz, he co-founded Adyant Advisory and Kairos Research & Consulting, and held leadership roles with KPMG, PwC, ECS, Aon Hewitt, and Arvind Mills.
