Rijo Murali is the Director – India & UAE at Reed & Willow, where he leads the Growth Function & Strategic Talent Solutions team. With a deep expertise in talent acquisition strategy, revenue growth, and high-performance team building, Rijo plays a crucial role in helping Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Product Engineering MNCs, and Global Enterprises secure top-tier talent across India, UAE, and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Reed & Willow, Rijo spent over 11 years at Peoplefy, where he held leadership roles, including Head of Growth, spearheading client acquisition and marketing for RPO and permanent hiring solutions across industries such as GCC/GBS, Engineering & Manufacturing, Software Product Engineering, BFSI, and Financial Services. Earlier in his career, he held business development roles at First Advantage and Tech Mahindra Business Services, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Rijo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Mumbai. Known for his ability to thrive in dynamic environments, he leverages data-driven insights and emerging trends to stay ahead in the evolving recruitment landscape.
