Sankar is currently the Director – Human Resource & Administration of BMW Group India. He is responsible for the people and business growth journey of National Sales Company, BMW Plant, and the Financial Services wing of BMW Group India. He carries an experience of over 2 decades in companies like Bosch, Johnson Controls and BMW Group India. He is an Alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and University of Madras.

He enjoys mentoring and is an active blogger on self-growth and personal development topics. Sankar is a father of two daughters and enjoys spending quality time with family.
