Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia, August 2024 – Yana Tasya has taken on a new role as Head of Human Resources at Olsera. In this capacity, Yana will lead initiatives to develop HR strategies, enhance company culture, and drive employee engagement.
Yana Tasya has been with Olsera for 10 months. Before this promotion, she served as the HR People & Organization Effectiveness Manager, where she managed organizational structure changes, developed job descriptions, and implemented SOPs and policies for nine months.
Prior to joining Olsera, Yana had a career break during which she focused on full-time parenting while continuing to enhance her skills through online training and certifications.
Before her career break, Yana worked at Buana Finance as an HRD Organization Development, Performance Management & Talent Management specialist. In this role, she processed employee productivity data, prepared KPI forms, and conducted work load analysis for one year and two months.
Earlier in her career, Yana was a Sales Engineer at PT. Prawita Karya, where she managed construction project information, provided technical advice, and handled customer complaints for seven months. She also served as a Retail Funding Officer at Bank Mega for one year and one month, where she achieved business funding targets and maintained good customer relationships.
