Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2024 – Surabhi Sanchita has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Stanza Living. With extensive experience in human resources and a proven track record in various leadership roles, Surabhi will lead the HR initiatives and strategies to support the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Surabhi Sanchita joins Stanza Living from Zupee, where she served as the Head of Human Resources. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving total rewards strategies, organizational change management, and team leadership, contributing significantly to the company’s HR functions.
Prior to Zupee, Surabhi was the Vice President-Human Resources at DeHaat, where she played a crucial role in performance management, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy. Her leadership in these areas helped enhance the company’s HR operations and employee engagement.
Surabhi has also held the position of Assistant Vice President-Human Resources at Bar Code India (BCI), where she focused on culture change, compliance management, and building organizational capability. Her contributions were pivotal in strengthening the company’s HR framework.
Earlier in her career, Surabhi worked as the General Manager Human Resources at Lenskart.com, Chief Manager – Corporate HR at BIBA Fashion Ltd, and Manager – HR at Colt Technology Services. She has a wealth of experience in HR operations, performance management, and strategic HR planning, having worked with prominent organizations in the industry.
