Youngstown, Ohio, United States – October 2024 – Susan Baer has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Management at Aim Transportation Solutions. In her new role, Susan will focus on advancing the company’s talent management strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee engagement to meet the growing demands of the transportation and logistics industry.
Susan has built a diverse career in talent acquisition and human resources, spanning various industries. At Aim Transportation Solutions, she previously held the role of Recruiting Director, where she significantly contributed to the company’s talent acquisition strategy for over three years, supporting the recruitment and retention of key personnel across the company’s operational locations.
Before joining Aim, Susan was with Graham Healthcare Group as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she led recruiting efforts and talent development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple locations.
Her earlier career includes roles in talent acquisition at Celtic Healthcare, Inc. and community relations at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Additionally, Susan has experience in sales training from her tenure at Shire Pharmaceuticals and a managerial background from her time at Kaufmann’s Department Store. This wealth of experience in both human resources and business management will be invaluable as she leads Aim’s talent management initiatives.
