New York, United States, December 2024 – Jenny Chan has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Arctera.io, a leading global player in data compliance, protection, and resilience. In her new role, Jenny will lead talent strategies for Arctera’s global workforce, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration. She is also tasked with enhancing employee experience to support the company’s mission of empowering organizations worldwide through their data management solutions.
Jenny joins Arctera.io after an extensive and accomplished career at Accenture, where she spent over 27 years in various strategic HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Global HR Transformation Change Management Lead, where she spearheaded strategies that minimized the impact of change during business transformations.
Prior to this, Jenny served as Global Head of Health and Well-being, leading initiatives for 740,000 stakeholders and earning industry accolades, including the prestigious Gold for Best Benefits, Wellness, and Well-Being Program from the Brandon Hall Group. She also held the position of CHRO for Accenture’s West Division, overseeing a $6B+ business and leading diversity, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives for 12,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, Jenny demonstrated her expertise in HR operations, service delivery, and talent supply chain management, contributing to significant organizational growth and operational excellence.
