Nicole brings extensive experience in global human resources and people management. Before her appointment as Head of People, Nicole served as Director, HR Business Partner at Toku, where she played a pivotal role in developing talent strategies and aligning people operations with the company’s growth objectives. She previously held the roles of Senior HR Lead – Global and Senior HR Business Partner – Global, where she spearheaded global HR initiatives and enhanced operational efficiency in remote and hybrid environments.
Prior to joining Toku, Nicole held multiple leadership positions at Travelopia, including HR Manager – Americas & Spain, where she led HR functions across multiple geographies, and HR Business Partner – Global, where she focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her earlier career included roles such as HR Recruiting and Training Coordinator at Cemstone and Staffing Supervisor at Doherty: The Employment Experts, where she honed her expertise in recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
