Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 2025 — Lim Chee Gay has been appointed as the Managing Director, Global Operations Centre, Kuala Lumpur at Access Group. In his new role, Chee Gay will lead the operations at the Kuala Lumpur centre, contributing to the company’s strategy of building world-class innovation hubs aimed at empowering customers, attracting top talent, advancing product and AI capabilities, and driving sales growth with operational excellence. The Global Operations Centres (GO Centres) in Loughborough, Timișoara, and Kuala Lumpur play a critical role in the company’s global strategy by enabling faster M&A integrations and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a global scale.

Before joining Access Group, Lim Chee Gay served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President Human Resources at TDCX for nearly 7 years, where he was responsible for group-wide HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AIA for nearly 9 years, leading the HR management functions, policies, and digital transformation efforts.
Earlier in his career, Chee Gay served as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at Samsung Electronics and as Regional Vice President of Human Resources at T-Systems International, where he managed HR across the Asia Pacific region. He also held leadership roles at Astro and Intel Corporation, further solidifying his expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, and operational excellence across diverse industries.
