With over two decades of experience in business leadership and revenue growth, Rahul Kumar joins SLMG Beverages after spending over nine years at The Coca-Cola Company. His most recent role was as Senior Director – South India, where he was responsible for P&L leadership, strategic planning, and market expansion. He also served as Director – Franchise Operations (Greater UP), leading the operations of one of India’s largest independent bottling partners, achieving significant market share growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, he held leadership positions at Kohler Co., The Kraft Heinz Company, and Amul (GCMMF), managing large-scale business units, sales strategy, and expansion initiatives. His expertise in franchise operations, P&L management, and strategic planning has been instrumental in driving business transformations across multiple organizations.
