Connie began her career at Abbott, where she managed intern programs, university recruitment, and early-career development efforts. Her expertise in talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and organizational development has positioned her as a key leader in shaping workforce strategies for global organizations.

Connie holds a strong background in strategic workforce planning and leadership development and has played a crucial role in advancing diversity and talent engagement across industries.
