Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 2025 – Faisal Al Mansour has been appointed as Head of Human Capital, Corporate Strategy and Support Group at Bank AlJazira | بنك الجزيرة, marking a significant leadership evolution after successfully heading the Human Capital and Corporate Support Group for over two years. In this elevated role, Faisal will provide strategic oversight across human capital, corporate strategy, and enterprise support services as the bank accelerates its future-forward transformation journey.
Faisal brings over 17 years of progressive HR and leadership experience, including notable contributions at Bank AlJazira where he served in multiple capacities since March 2021, including Head of Human Capital Group and Head of Human Capital and Corporate Support Group. He has played a pivotal role in building a people-first culture, driving organizational change, and aligning HR strategy with the bank’s broader mission of enriching lives through financial wellbeing.
Before joining Bank AlJazira, Faisal served as Chief Human Capital Officer at the Tourism Development Fund, where he was instrumental in establishing the HR foundation for one of the Kingdom’s newest sovereign entities. He also contributed extensively at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia in a board capacity, shaping HR strategies across healthcare clusters.
He previously held various senior leadership roles during his 12-year tenure at SABB (formerly HSBC Saudi Arabia), including Head of Learning and Talent, Head of Resourcing and HR Service Delivery, and Senior HR Business Partner. His journey began through the management trainee program and saw him grow into one of the country’s prominent HR leaders, known for his deep domain expertise and visionary leadership.
Faisal is also actively engaged in board-level governance and remuneration strategy, serving on the nomination and remuneration committees for several notable institutions including AlJazira Capital, THE RIG., Awqaf Investment, National Infrastructure Fund (Infra), and AlSaedan Real Estate Company.
