Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Magenta Mobility, India’s leading electric mobility solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Nand Kumar Sharma as Head – Charging Infrastructure & Projects. Before joining Magenta Mobility, Nand Kumar Sharma held significant leadership roles at Bharati Infratel, Tower Vision, Summit Digitel, and most recently, BluSmart Mobility. He has successfully led large-scale infrastructure deployments, achieved notable energy and cost efficiencies, and driven revenue growth across national projects in these roles.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Magenta Mobility scales its sustainable and technology-driven transport solutions. His leadership will be instrumental in building the infrastructure needed to support the company’s rapidly expanding EV fleet across India.

Speaking on the appointment, Maxson Lewis, Managing Director and CEO of Magenta Mobility, said, “Nand brings a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise that will be pivotal as we scale our operations. His experience in building and operating charging infrastructure will help our growth plans as we seek to drive our ‘Ab Ki Baar Dus Hazaar’ mandate nationwide.”

Nand Kumar Sharma expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Magenta Mobility’s commitment to building sustainable, future-ready transport solutions deeply resonates with me. I look forward to contributing to its dynamic journey by creating a resilient and scalable charging infrastructure that powers the next generation of mobility in India.”

With a strong background in project execution, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and ESG-aligned practices, Sharma is well-positioned to lead the development of clean infrastructure essential to India’s energy transition.
