Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2025 – Jeanne Karpel has been appointed as the new Vice President, Human Resources at Worldwide Mission Critical. In her elevated role, Jeanne will oversee strategic HR leadership, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization, strengthening the company’s commitment to cultivating a people-first culture.
Jeanne has been with Worldwide Mission Critical for over two years, most recently serving as Human Resources Director. In this role, she played a pivotal part in shaping workforce policies, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational development strategies that align with the company’s mission-critical service model.
Before joining Worldwide Mission Critical, Jeanne spent over two decades at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) and Integrated Design Group, Inc., where she served in various HR leadership roles, including Associate Principal, Human Resources and HR Manager | Principal. She was instrumental in supporting the firms through organizational transformations, mergers, and talent planning across multiple U.S. offices.
Earlier in her career, Jeanne held roles in operations and systems support, including as Business/Systems Analyst at GE Aerospace and support roles at Stream International and Sears. These roles gave her a strong foundation in technology, customer engagement, and business operations.
