Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Vishal Vithlani has been elevated to the position of Executive Group Vice President – Learning & Development at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL), marking a significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. In his new role, Vishal will continue to drive leadership development, capability building, and training excellence across MOFSL’s diverse financial services ecosystem.
Vishal has been with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd for over nine years, serving as Head of Training and Development. During this time, he has played a key role in designing and executing training strategies that align with business growth, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning across functions and geographies.
Before joining MOFSL, Vishal worked at L&T Finance for over thirteen years, where he held strategic roles including Product Distribution & Training Head – Third Party Products and National Product & Training Head – IFA Channel. His contributions spanned product training, sales enablement, and rewards & recognition frameworks that drove topline growth and employee capability.
Earlier in his career, he spent over nine years at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd., where he advanced from Financial Services Consultant to Associate Regional Manager – Sales Training. In this period, he led key training initiatives and managed large training teams responsible for upskilling distribution networks.
