Dr. Erfourth brings more than two decades of experience within Baker College, having served in several leadership positions, including Vice President of Student Success & Engagement, and Dean of Students. In these roles, she has been instrumental in shaping the student experience, driving engagement programs, and creating support systems that align with Baker College’s mission of holistic development.
Throughout her tenure, Voula has consistently demonstrated her dedication to advancing inclusive excellence, fostering a positive work environment, and developing leadership across all levels of the organization.
