Los Angeles, California, United States, August 2025 – Monica Robinson has taken on the role of Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations at Crexi. In this leadership position, she will be responsible for driving the organization’s total rewards strategy, enhancing HR operational efficiency, and supporting a high-performing workplace culture.
Monica’s most recent role was at Cognosante, where she dedicated nearly seven years to advancing the company’s HR capabilities. Serving first as Director, Benefits & HR Operations and later as Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Operations, she was instrumental in shaping HR policies, benefits programs, and operational frameworks that supported employee engagement and organizational performance.
Before that, she worked briefly at Perspecta as Director, Benefits & HR Shared Services, focusing on streamlining HR processes and service delivery. Prior to Perspecta, Monica spent close to four years at Vencore Inc. in progressive HR leadership roles, including HR Shared Services Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director, Benefits & HR Shared Services, where she implemented process efficiencies and enhanced employee support systems.
Earlier in her career, Monica served at SI Organization as Human Capital Business Partner and HR Shared Services Manager, gaining experience in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and talent development. She also spent an extensive tenure of 14 years at L-3 Communications Global Security & Engineering Solutions in multiple HR roles, including Human Resources Manager, Generalist, and Administrator, supporting a workforce of over 1,000 employees and leading initiatives in employee relations, training, benefits, and compliance.
