New York, United States, August 2025 – Alysha Sadarangani has been appointed as Analyst, Chief of Staff & Talent Programs at Two Sigma, a global financial sciences company known for combining advanced technology, data science, and rigorous inquiry to solve complex financial challenges. In her new role, Sadarangani will contribute to strategic initiatives within the Chief of Staff and Talent Programs team, helping to drive talent management, leadership engagement, and program development at a global scale.
Sadarangani has been with Two Sigma since June 2023, serving as Campus Recruiting and Academic Outreach Generalist. In that role, she supported recruiting for modeling and trading (quant research) teams and built relationships with leading academic institutions to strengthen Two Sigma’s talent pipeline.
Prior to Two Sigma, she gained valuable internship experience across multiple industries and global brands. She worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at TikTok, where she supported hiring strategies in the fast-paced technology sector. She also contributed as a Human Resources Intern at Loro Piana, a luxury fashion brand, and as a Talent Acquisition DE&I Intern at Victoria’s Secret & Co., focusing on diversity hiring practices.
Sadarangani also built early experience in executive search and organizational development through roles as a Knowledge Management Intern and Diversity & Inclusion Intern at Russell Reynolds Associates, as well as a D&I Intern at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC. These experiences helped her develop a strong foundation in research, inclusion, and people programs.
Her career reflects a steady trajectory across HR, talent acquisition, and people development, with a clear focus on building diverse, high-performing teams in dynamic global organizations.
