Wimbledon, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Samantha Field has joined Pacific International Executive Search as the new Head of People & Culture, bringing with her over 15 years of progressive HR leadership across recruitment, communications, and professional services. In her new role, Samantha will lead strategic people initiatives, support organisational culture, and champion diversity and engagement across Pacific International’s global offices.
Prior to joining Pacific International, Samantha served as Head of People at Blackbridge Communications, where she was responsible for overseeing HR strategy, talent acquisition, learning and development, and wellness programmes across the agency. Her efforts in building performance management systems, enhancing employee experience, and aligning values with operational outcomes contributed to a highly engaged and resilient workforce.
Previously, she held HR leadership roles at Powerscourt, a leading financial PR agency, where she led talent acquisition, coaching initiatives, and well-being programmes for both the London and Dublin offices. Her work also included implementing values-driven frameworks and modernizing HR operations to support organizational transformation.
Before that, Samantha spent over four years as HR Manager at Penta Consulting, an international recruitment agency where she delivered award-winning engagement strategies, international hiring programmes, and performance management systems for teams in both the UK and Dubai.
Her earlier HR experience includes roles at Trinity Mirror Group PLC (now Reach PLC) and Publicis Groupe, where she supported training, onboarding, benefits administration, and restructures. Samantha began her career as an Employment Screening Analyst at Eurocom C.I. Ltd, working on background checks and compliance for new hires.
