Pune,Maharashtra,India, September 2025 — Santosh Mohan has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Jamco Inc. India Branch. In his new role, he will lead the HR function with responsibilities spanning Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance & Capability Development, HR Operations, and fostering a collaborative, value-driven culture to support Jamco’s growth in India. His appointment highlights Jamco’s commitment to building a strong and engaged workforce as it scales its operations in the region.
Santosh joins Jamco from Emerson, where he served in multiple HR leadership capacities. Most recently, he was Human Resources Business Partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening engagement programs, and enabling leadership development. Earlier at Emerson, he served as Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager, managing employee lifecycle processes, payroll, compliance, learning & development, and HR project management.
Prior to Emerson, Santosh was with Schaeffler India as Deputy Manager – Corporate HR, where he supported three locations—Pune, Vadodara, and Hosur. He led initiatives in manpower planning, talent management, performance management systems, employee engagement, wellness programs, and diversity & inclusion. His efforts contributed to policy deployment, organizational development, and the rollout of special HR projects such as Mercer’s Job Grading & Compensation Survey and Leadership NEXT.
Earlier in his career, Santosh held roles as Executive – HR at Jaya Hind Industries Limited and Officer – HR at Varroc Polymers Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for recruitment, induction, compensation, wage administration, training programs, and performance management systems. He began his professional journey at INX Services Pvt. Ltd. in recruitment, managing a team of recruiters and driving end-to-end hiring cycles for diverse clients.
With over 18 years of cross-industry HR experience across manufacturing, engineering, and global corporations, Santosh brings deep expertise in people strategy, HR operations, and organizational transformation. His new role at Jamco positions him to play a key part in building talent pipelines, enhancing workplace culture, and driving employee engagement for the company’s India operations.
